Logan Paul Gives Inside Look on PRIME’s Manufacturing Process

Hey PRIME Fans… Ever wondered how your favourite PRIME Hydration drink is made? Well, Logan Paul himself has uploaded a sneak peek video into the massive PRIME production facility, where all the magic happens.

To see how it all comes together, check out the full video tour below. It’s a fascinating look at how PRIME Hydration is made with cutting-edge technology and a focus on quality. What’s more, you’ll also get a glimpse of the new Collectors Series PRIME bottle in the flesh too!

To summarise, some important notes to take from the video are:

• The Scale of Operations: The facility spans a huge 1.2 million square feet, runs on 100% renewable energy, and is family-owned. It’s one of the most advanced production plants around.

• High-Quality Materials: The bottles start as tiny PET1 plastic pellets, a medical-grade material used in hospitals, which are then molded into the familiar PRIME bottle shape.

• Efficient Production: 20 bottles are created per second, with automated inspection systems ensuring every bottle is perfectly filled, sealed, and capped.

• Flash Pasteurization: Unlike competitors, PRIME uses flash pasteurization, a method that helps preserve the integrity of ingredients and flavors while ensuring a high-quality product.

• Natural Ingredients: PRIME uses natural flavors, colors, and no harmful additives like Red 40. The production also includes coconut water, electrolytes, and B vitamins for optimal hydration.

• Quality Control: Every batch of PRIME is thoroughly tested before it leaves the facility, ensuring top-notch quality with FDA regulations and third-party certifications.

• Automated Logistics: Finished bottles are shrink-wrapped and carefully sorted by robotic arms, while automated forklifts transport pallets across the facility to be shipped out for distribution.

So what do you think? Pretty cool huh?
