You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 working days from the date of delivery.
If the return is not due to a fault or defect and is instead the result of a change of mind or an incorrect size/option chosen, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. In this case, the buyer may choose their preferred shipping method.
Refunds are free of charge and will be processed as quickly as possible. In all cases, refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
